The inspiration for the menu at Vinny's came from co-owner Deb Coulter's grandmother who seemed to always have a pot of sauce bubbling on the stove and fresh basil growing in the house. With memories of Grandma's cooking in mind, Deb dedicated hours in the kitchen to creating the menu that would pay homage to those memories. Open Monday-Sunday 11 a.m.10 p.m.
