RustiCo Furniture

Editor's Review
RustiCo began crafting wood furnishings in 1989 in response to logging industry processes that left an abundance of wood behind. Offerings range from Adirondack chairs and rustic beds to clocks and frames. We nearly missed this place due to the storefront's rundown appearance, but once inside the showroom, we quickly forgot the building and focused on the furniture. Some pieces offer a bit of Upper Peninsula humor, using beer-bottle tops or making sly references to the infamous deer-hunting camps. Other works literally reflect the beauty of Lake Superior, such as rustic wood coffee tables filled with rocks from the lake. The shop is located just off of Lakeshore Boulevard heading towards Presque Isle Park.
