Near Gull Lake's west shore, the pace is quite a bit slower at Ski Gull, a nonprofit resort that has taught thousands of kids to ski. Children as young as 3 practice their "pizza slice" stance on beginner slopes while hovering instructors as parents shout "Good job!" and "Way to go!" But this place isn't just for beginners.
