More than 50 crepes and a full-service coffee bar satisfy a walk-up clientele in Detroit's museum district. The restaurant's menu is divided into Right Bank, or sweet crepes, and Left Bank, or savory crepes, and each is named after a girl. Options include the Katie, with apples and caramel; the Shannon, with banana, chocolate and coconut; and the Rose, with basil, tomatoes and mozzarella. When we tried the Sarah, it oozed with gooey warm cheve and tender-crisp spinach, mushrooms and peppers, all wrapped in a perfectly crisped crepe. Each crepe is made to order, and it's entertaining to watch the cooks in action. Although it's take-out only, be warned that this is not fast food. You'll place your order and wait outside, and once you're ready to dine, you'll need to scan the area for a place to perch. There are no tables on the premises. That said, these little gems are worth the wait at just $3 to $6.
