Abraham Lincoln's home in Springfield, Illinois. Lived here before taking office but I guess Mary never wanted to return here after he was shot because it held too many memories. Home was given to their oldest son who later gave it to the state with the stipulation that it be opened for the public to visit. Now it's part of the National Park Service.
