Cheesy Brat Stew Casserole
- Makes: 8 servings
fully cooked Polish sausage or bratwurst, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
medium potatoes (about 1-1/4 pounds), cooked, peeled, and cubed
frozen cut green beans, thawed and drained
10 3/4 -
cream of mushroom soup
shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
small onion, chopped
In a 3-quart casserole, stir together the bratwurst or Polish sausage, potatoes, green beans, soup, cheddar cheese, and onion.
Bake the casserole, covered, in a 350 degree F oven for about 45 minutes or until heated through. Makes 8 servings.
