Place chocolate into a fondue pot. In a small saucepan, stir whipping cream over medium heat until it just comes to boiling. Remove from heat. Pour whipping cream over chocolate, stirring until well combined. Place fondue pot over fondue burner set on low; stir occasionally. With fondue forks or long skewers, dip fruit dippers, cake cubes and/or marshmallows.
