Back Exterior

Midwesterners tell us time and again that getting more sun into their homes is a priority. Especially in the winter, a sunny room can lift spirits. We designed Longview Manor with an abundance of tall, traditional double-hung Jeld-Wen windows. They feature no-maintenance aluminum cladding over wood frames. Inside and out, their divided light style and large expanses bring the house alive with light and views. Lennox heating/cooling systems keep the temperature even. With a large family, one outdoor space is never enough. Longview Manor can accommodate sunbathing, al fresco family dinners and more. A private brick patio at the back of the house is tucked out of the wind, next to a connection to the three-car garage outfitted with Clopay garage doors. The garage has a studio apartment above Over the large screened porch, a fenced balcony accessible from the children's rooms is great for lounging and soaking up the sun.
