  • 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 bunch celery
  • two 14-ounce cans lower-sodium beef broth
  • 28-ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 10-ounce package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 bottle steak sauce
  • 11-ounce package refrigerated breadsticks
  • 4 ripe pears
  • 1 container caramel apple dip
  • 1/2-gallon fat-free or lowfat milk

Pantry Items

  • Worcestershire sauce
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • all-purpose flour
