Test Kitchen Tips:

If your group likes things extra hot, don't remove the seeds from the peppers. You'll still need to wear gloves when you chop the peppers to protect your hands from the oil in the peppers.

Muffins are best when served warm. If you make them ahead, rewarm them by wrapping them in foil and heating in a 350 degree F oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Store any extra muffins in a storage container at room temperature up to 2 days or in the freezer up to 3 months.
