Deep-Dish Salad Pizza
Here's a great way to use up any leftover holiday ingredients--a yummy and surprising salad in a pizza! We used purchased puff pastry to form the crust that's finished with meat, veggies, cheese and greens or spinach. Throw it all in the oven just long enough to melt the cheese and wilt the greens. Omit the meat for a perfect vegetarian meal.

Test Kitchen Tips:
Remember to take the puff pastry out of the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator the day before you will use it. Or, thaw at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes.
Make use of the time that the pastry for the pizza is in the oven. Shred cheese, wash mushrooms, and slice tomatoes.
Munch on those leftover cookies from the holiday for dessert.
