Pork Menu (Serves 6)
Pork Menu (Serves 6)
- Pork tenderloin slices
- Browned Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Feta
- Mango slices drizzled with honey and cinnamon
- Vanilla yogurt
- White wine, such as Pinot Grigio
Test Kitchen Tips: If the mangoes in your grocer's produce department are not yet ripe, place them in a paper bag on the countertop for a few days to ripen them. Or, purchase refrigerated mango slices, also found in the produce department. For a quick and easy dessert, drizzle the sliced mango with honey and sprinkle lightly with ground cinnamon. Serve with vanilla yogurt.
To cook pork tenderloin, slice it crosswise about 1/2-inch thick. Arrange the slices on the rack of a broiler pan and season with salt and ground black pepper. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned and just slightly pink in the center.
