Iowa Pork Chop Dinner
Take advantage of the last of the warm weather and cook these thick juicy chops on the grill. Grill the vegetables right alongside the chops.

Test Kitchen Timesavers and Tips:
To grill sliced zucchini, sliced yellow summer squash, red onion wedges, and mushrooms, toss vegetables with olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Place vegetables on grill rack around the chops during the last 10 to 12 minutes of grilling chops until tender, turning occasionally. Or, for easier turning, thread vegetables on metal skewers.
To use a gas grill, preheat grill. Place chops on grill rack over heat. Cover and grill as above.
Prepare the shortcake while the chops grill.
