Grilled Pork and Appetizer Menu

Test Kitchen Tips:
Grill the bruschetta on the outside edge of the grill rack above the coals while the pork grills in the center above the drip pan (or grill over the heat in the gas grill).
For fresh lemonade, make a base by combining water and sugar in a saucepan and stirring over medium heat until sugar dissolves (use twice as much water to sugar; for 4 cups base use 2-1/2 cups water). Cool slightly. Stir in fresh-squeezed lemon juice (use the same amount of juice as sugar). Cover and chill up to 3 days. For each serving use equal parts base and water in ice-filled glasses.
