Hot Artichoke and Roasted Pepper Asiago Cheese Dip
Praline-Crowned Brie

• Vegetable relish tray
• Mini dessert tarts
• Champagne

Test Kitchen Tips:

Make your own mini dessert tarts by purchasing miniature baked phyllo dough shells (one 2.1-ounce package contains 15 shells). Fill with your favorite dessert filling, such as chocolate-hazelnut spread, lemon curd, or your favorite flavor pudding. You will need approximately 2 cups filling to fill 15 shells.

Order a vegetable relish tray from your grocery store's deli department.

Bake the appetizers side by side in the oven-they both bake at the same temperature.

• 1 head garlic
• 1 13- to 14-ounce can artichoke hearts
• 1 12-ounce jar roasted red sweet peppers

• 1 loaf French bread
• 1 bunch parsley (optional)

• 2 to 3 bottles champagne

• 1 15-ounce round Brie cheese
• 1 package pecans
• 1 bottle cognac or pure maple syrup
• 1 quart strawberries (optional)
• 1 package desired crackers

• colander or sieve
• food processor (or electric mixer, cutting board and knife)
• rubber spatula
• 8-inch quiche dish or 9-inch pie plate
