Leftover ham from Easter dinner? Simply dice it up, add hearty vegetables and spinach, and you have a delicious pot of soup for an instant, no-fuss meal. Twisted breadsticks are perfect on the side.

Your Menu: Serves 4 to 5

Ham Florentine Soup

  • Baked refrigerated breadsticks

To add interest to your breadsticks, spread the dough with your favorite pesto before twisting.

Shopping List:

  • 1 pound carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 jar instant chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 pound butter
  • 1 quart milk
  • 8 ounces cooked ham
  • 1 bag fresh prewashed spinach
  • 1 (either 5 or 8 count) refrigerated breadsticks
