Test Kitchen Tips:
If the weather doesn't cooperate, you can broil the burgers on the unheated rack of a broiler pan 4 inches from the heat for 12 to 14 minutes or until done. For the bananas, use a grill pan over medium heat on the stovetop and cook using the timings and doneness tests given in the recipe.
