Season's Eatings Pumpkin Soup

Some varieties are available year-round with peak season from September through March. Avoid cracked or bruised pumpkin and squash. Store whole squash in a cool, dry place for up to 2 months. Refrigerate cut squash, wrapped in plastic, for up to 4 days.
