Grilled Tuna and Fresh Fennel Salad
This grilled tuna is served with a fresh fennel and orange salad. Then, you can end the meal with freshly made blueberry ice cream.

Test Kitchen Tips:
To section tangerine or orange sections, first use a utility knife to cut slices from top and bottom of fruit. Lay with 1 cut side down on a cutting board. Use the knife to cut the peel and white pith from the fruit, starting from the top and cutting toward the bottom.
Pick up the fruit in one hand and hold over a bowl to catch any juices (you can use these juices for the juice called for in the salad recipe. Use the knife to cut between two fruit sections. Without removing the knife, turn the knife and cut on the other side of the fruit section to remove. Continue around until all of the fruit sections are removed.
To warm the bread loaf, wrap in foil and place on the grill rack for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
