Test Kitchen Tip:
Top each sandwich with your favorite purchased relish or make your own by grilling 1 large onion, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices over medium coals for 10 minutes, turning once. Chop the onion and combine with 1/2 cup chopped roasted red sweet pepper, 3 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1/4 teaspoons salt, and 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
