Catfish Fillet Dinner Menu
Farm-raised catfish fillets can be found in your supermarket's meat and fish department. They have a very mild flavor and make a great accompaniment to the rice.
Your Menu: Serves 6
Baked Catfish Fillets
Anytime Almonds and Brown Rice
- Cooked frozen cut green beans
Test Kitchen Tips:
To bake catfish fillets, season as desired and arrange in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Bake in a 350 degree F oven about 10 minutes. Use a fork to check when fish is done-the fish should flake easily.
To have your meal ready all at once, start the rice first, then bake the fish and cook the beans. Toast the almonds for the rice in a separate pan in the oven while the fish bakes.
