Your Menu: Serves 4

Fresh Tomato Tart Easy Smoked Salmon Salad Minted Iced Tea Scoops of mango sorbet

 
Test Kitchen Tips:

To make easy nachos, shred the Monterey Jack cheese (or purchase it already shredded). Spread a single layer of tortilla chips in a shallow baking pan, sprinkle them with enough cheese to cover and bake in a 350 degree F oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts. You can also add your nacho toppings such as fresh tomatoes, chopped peppers, cooked ground beef and or refried beans.

Shopping List:

1 15-ounce can black beans 2 ears sweet corn 1 red sweet pepper 1 red onion 1 bunch fresh parsley 1 bunch fresh cilantro 1 package fresh dill 1 8-ounce package Monterey Jack cheese (or shredded Monterey Jack cheese) 1 bag tortilla chips Desired nacho topppers (such as tomatoes, refried beans, ground beef, etc) 4 fresh peaches or nectarines 4 bottles sparkling water 1 lime

Pantry Items:

red wine vinegar olive oil ground black pepper

can opener measuring cups and spoons cutting board and knife colander scissors for snipping herbs large bowl wooden spoon screw-top jar with lid
