S'more tips: Graham cracker subs

Trade out the graham crackers for 3-inch cookies (chocolate, peanut butter, chocolate chip, molasses, ginger). Or use 1/2-inch-thick slices of brownie, pound cake, angel food cake, cupcakes, muffins, gingerbread or unpeeled apple.
