Jerabek's Baked Apple Doughnuts
These are unlike any doughnut you've ever eaten. Actually, they're muffins from Jerabek's Bohemian Coffeehouse and Bakery in Saint Paul. The center of the apple-cinnamon delight sinks, giving it a doughnut look. We thought they tasted a little like a funnel cake. Jerabek's is proud of its heritage— it was started as a bakery more than 100 years ago. Aunt Hilda's Sugar Cream Cookies is an old family recipe.
