Mushroom-Stuffed Chicken
This recipe comes to us from the RiverFront restaurant in Sheraton Suites, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
Tender chicken breast is stuffed with finely-chopped mushrooms and spices, baked, then served on a bed of marinara-cream sauce.
And for dessert, Berries Romanoff--a favorite at the Varsity Cafe in Des Moines, Iowa. Refreshing raspberries, blueberries and strawberries are layered with a fluffy Kahlua-Grand Marnier sauce. Simple, light and delicious!
