- 1 pound baby squash, (such as pattypan, sunburst, and/or zucchini)
- 1 red sweet pepper
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 package fresh rosemary
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 8 ounces dried penne or bow tie pasta
- 1 bunch Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
- 1 package fresh basil
- 1 can of grated or 1 wedge of fresh Parmesan cheese
- 4 fresh peaches
- 1 lemon
For Tart
- 1 15-ounce package rolled refrigerated unbaked piecrust
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
- 1 lemon
- 1 bottle amaretto, brandy, or run (optional)
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1 package sliced almonds
- 1 jar apricot, peach, plum or cherry preserves
- 1 8-ounce whipping cream (optional)
- 1 container fresh raspberries, or 1 peach or nectarine (optional)
