For a quick chicken salad, top these greens with precooked chicken strips that you can find in your supermarket. Choose from southwestern, lemon pepper, plain or grilled, fully cooked chicken breast strips. Look for them in the refrigerated or frozen meat section.

Look for the soft bread sticks in the bakery or freezer section. Some bakeries have a variety of seasoned bread sticks. Here is a quick way to make your own. Brush bread stick with olive oil or butter; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and or dried Italian seasoning. Reheat or brown according to package directions.
