If you like, you can also use your indoor electric grill to prepare these steaks. If using a covered grill, allow 7 to 9 minutes, or allow 12 to 14 minutes if using an uncovered grill.

To poach eggs, fill a large skillet about half full with water. Bring water to boiling; reduce heat to simmering. Break 1 egg into a measuring cup. Carefully slide egg into simmering water, holding the lip of the cup as close to the water as possible. Repeat with remaining eggs, allowing each egg an equal amount of space. Simmer, uncovered, for 3 to 5 minutes or until whites are set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard. Remove with a slotted spoon and season with salt and ground black pepper.
