Your Menu: Serves 4

Test Kitchen Tips:
Prepare the pie up to 24 hours ahead of serving, then tote in a round storage container. Pre-cut the slices for easier serving.
For the pie, use your favorite double-crust pastry recipe or use a 15-ounce package rolled refrigerated piecrust (2 crusts).

For Sandwiches
- 1 package Kaiser or French-style rolls
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce
- 8, 1-ounce slices Swiss, mozzarella, provolone and/or Colby and Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 to 12 ounces thinly sliced cooked ham
- 1 package sliced bacon
- 1, 12-ounce jar roasted red sweet peppers
- 1 bag desired-flavor potato chips
- 1 jar sweet or dill pickles
- 8 cans desired-flavor carbonated beverages
For Pie
- 1, 15-ounce package rolled refrigerated unbaked piecrust (2 crusts)
- 1 package quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 pint fresh blackberries
- 2 large cooking apples, such as Red Rome or Granny Smith
- 1 pound butter
