  • 1-1/2- to 1-3/4-pound beef flank steak
  • 1 bottle dry red wine, such as Merlot
  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 small onion, 2 lemons
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 package fresh mushrooms
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 pound butter
  • 1, 14-ounce can beef broth
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 1 package (6) purchased dinner rolls
  • 6-pack sparkling water

  • 2, 11-ounce cans mandarin orange sections

  • 1 bunch fresh parsley (also in above list)
  • 1 package slivered almonds
